Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, the candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective assistance via phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering information about our products and services.

Salary
