Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building customer relationships driving sales and supporting the overall growth objectives of the Fixcenter Services Limited.


Job Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  2. Understand client needs and recommend Fixcenter maintenance packages to meet those needs.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Operations:

  1. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient processes.
  2. Collaborate with other teams to ensure quality customer service.
  3. Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  4. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and sales targets for Fixcenter products.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  1. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, and client needs.
  2. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  3. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Product Knowledge and Expertise:

  1. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Fixcenter maintenance products and services.
  2. Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Fixcenter services to prospective clients.

Team Collaboration and Support:

  1. Collaborate with the Marketing team to set targets, monitor progress, and achieve goals.
  2. Provide support and assistance to junior marketing team members.
  3. Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to align strategies and improve customer satisfaction.


Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Managment, Marketing or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in business development or Marketing.
  3. Strong track record of achieving targets and driving sales
  4. At least 2years experience in marketing, business development or Sales.

  1. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  2. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
